Our attorneys provide services for authors who need legal help on a flat fee or
hourly basis as part of representation involving contracts; intellectual property;
joint ventures; manuscript, film and television rights; business transactions; or
other literary or publishing issues. Please note: we do not provide agenting
services for new authors unless attorney representation is needed for a legal

ATTORNEY FEES FOR LITERARY SERVICES
Our attorneys cannot provide free legal consultations for literary clients. We
charge on a flat fee or hourly rate only. We do not offer any Entertainment Law
(including Literary) services on a commission or contingency basis. You will be
notified of any charges in advance. Literary queries and requested manuscripts
and proposals are reviewed by us at no charge when we are considering them
for representation. Please contact us if you have questions regarding fees.
