There are situations where Mediation, with a third party Mediator, can be very
effective in resolving the bullying or harassment situation. We do not recommend
Student Mediators, however, when it involves bullying between students. An adult
Attorney-Mediator should be used who is experienced with bullying and
harassment. We can provide representation for you during Mediations, as well as
